The Committee for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and the Competence Center for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion support the directorate in ensuring equity for all employees.

Meet the feM-LEAD Mentees

The feM-LEAD programme (female Mentoring – Leadership for Equity and Diversity) by the four research institutes of the ETH Domain entered its 5th round last year. In portraits, some of the participants introduce themselves and give insight into their ambitions, perspectives, and experiences with feM-LEAD.
