June is the month when we celebrate diversity, honour the achievements of the LGBTQIA+ community, and reflect on the path towards greater equality.
For this year's Pride Month, various activities took place at PSI to strenghten an inclusive workplace and to make LGBTQIA+ voices seen and heard. On the intranet and on social media, we shared personal perspectives from LGBTQIA+ employees – highlighting the importance of lived inclusion, sharing individual experiences, and offering ideas on how we can all help make the workplace more inclusive.
A special highlight was the Pride party on 27 June, organised by the PSI LGBTQIA+ community, featuring live music and performances celebrating the diversity across the ETH research institutions.
