Review: Presentation about neurodivergences at the workplace – with a focus on the autism spectrum

On June 3, a presentation by Nathalie Quartenoud took place at PSI on the topic of neurodivergences in the workplace – with a special focus on the autism spectrum. The goal was to raise awareness of the different ways neurodivergent individuals perceive the world, their strengths, and challenges, and provide concrete suggestions for creating an inclusive working environment.

Nathalie Quartenoud’s presentation clearly showed how neurodivergent ways of thinking can enrich everyday work life. At the same time, simple yet impactful measures were presented which contribute to the well-being and productivity of all employees – and often make a crucial difference for neurodivergent individuals.

One of PSI’s equity goals is to foster an inclusive working environment for employees with different needs where everyone feels valued and can reach their full potential. With this event we want to contribute to making neurodivergence visible and actively supported at PSI.

A recording of the event, presentation slides, and feedback are available to PSI-employees on the intranet.
