- Conduct outstanding research in the field of mesoscopic magnetic systems
- Fabricate and optimize nanostructures and devices with nanofabrication methods
- Study the behaviour with a lab-based setups and large-scale facilities
- Demonstrate possible applications
- Perform simulations to supplement the experimental data
- Publish the results of the scientific and technical achievements in high impact journals
Your profile
- Excellent qualifications with a PhD degree in physics, material science, or a related field and enjoy practical work
- Knowledge of magnetism, nanofabrication methods and large-scale facility characterisation is beneficial
- As an enthusiastic researcher you like teamwork and have a flexible approach to working between different laboratories, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
