General terms and conditions of services provided by PSI Education Center
Unless otherwise agreed, the following terms and conditions apply:
Any cancellation must be made in written form.
The following fees will be charged for cancellations:
- from 5 to 2 weeks before the start of the course: CHF 150
- up to 1 week before course start: 50% of the course costs
- in the week before the course starts, during the course or in case of no-show: 100% of the course costs plus an administration fee of CHF 50.
The PSI Education Centre is committed to taking all possible measures to ensure that the courses are held on time and with full teaching content. In case of cancellation at short notice or in case of course cancellation due to force majeure or illness of the course leader, the course will be postponed and set up at a later date.
Further claims against the PSI Training Center, such as reimbursement of hotel costs, loss of working hours, etc. are expressly excluded.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
The minimum number of participants is usually six persons. If this number is not reached, the school management reserves the right to cancel these courses.
For admission to the examinations (for recognised courses) or the issue of a certificate of attendance, there is a minimum attendance requirement of 80%.
The cost of meals is generally not included in the course fees.
