Your tasks

  • Develop and implement (quasi-)in-situ neutron characterisation (imaging, diffraction) of metal ad-ditive manufacturing (AM)
  • Perform (quasi-)in-situ and post processing neutron diffraction and imaging studies of AM sample
  • Apply complementary lab characterisation (microscopy, EBSD etc.)
  • Implement an acoustic emission system on AM in-situ device
  • Coordinate efficient studies with project partners

Your profile

You hold a master degree in physics, engineering or related field. You have expertise in neutron, X-Ray scattering and imaging as well as a material science background.
