Your primary task will be the operation of the PSI accelerator facilities within a team of operators (70 % shift duty, 3-shift / 7-day operation). In addition, you will assume the role of the operation manager deputy for the SLS (30 %). As part of your shift work, you will help within a team with the commissioning and optimization of accelerator operation, diagnose and handle operational problems, collaborate on beam physics program and operate the remote personal safety systems. As part of your role as operation manager deputy you will be the primary contact from operation to the SLS 2.0 project.
