Additional Pluses

There are various facilities available for PSI staff on the Institute's site:

Day-care centre and Kindergarten, KIWI

PSI offers its employees professional childcare. The daycare center Kiwi in Rüfenach is available for children from 3 month old until the end of elementary school. In addition to 4 mixed-age toddler groups, there is an after-school group including lunch for kindergarten and school children. We also offer full-day care during the school vacations. Staff Restaurant

Our staff restaurant, the OASE, is well known for its superior cuisine. Staff and visitors benefit from manifold healthy and reasonably priced dishes and specialties from all over the world.

PSI Guest House and Apartments

On the campus is a guesthouse offering rooms at reasonable rates, and in the nearby area we rent out various furnished apartments. Information and reservation from: poolwohnungen@psi.ch.

Personnel Commission

The personnel commission represents the interests of all staff versus the Institute.

Sports and Leisure

All employees can actively take part in any of the PSI Sport and Leisure Groups. Clubs at PSI

PSI Women's Group

The PSI Women's Group supports the partners of staff in integrating as quickly as possible into life in Switzerland. Please find some interesting information about living in Switzerland here.

Our retired staff can follow various activities in the association for retired staff.
