What is a BIP® test and for whom is it suitable?

BIP stands for "Bochumer Inventar zur berufsbezogenen Persönlichkeitsbeschreibung" (Bochum Inventory for Job-Related Personality Description). The test basically consists of a questionnaire to survey the self-perception, an external view  and an assessment interview. You can also do "only" the self-perception without including an external view. For the evaluation, the inclusion of both views would be more profitable. The test measures 17 personality traits in 4 different personality areas. The test is completed online, consists of approx. 210 questions and exists in various languages.
