Formal procedure

In the "Formal Procedure" you have the possibility to file a complaint as a person affected or accused, which can result in sanctioning steps. This procedure involves Human Resources, your manager and the next higher manager. Confidentiality is limited in this process. The complaint will be handled by Human Resources. Human Resources is obliged to listen to all parties to the conflict in order to fulfil its duty of care.

This procedure ends either after the situation has been resolved amicably with all persons involved or after the initiated measures have been enforced.
