Research interests
I am interested in studying the mechanism of proteins and enzymes and their structural properties. In the Schertler group, I am currently establishing electron diffraction as a method for protein structural determination. I have experience in protein production and purification, X-ray crystallography, XFELs, spectroscopies and MS spectrometry.
