Location and Floorplan
The S-TOMCAT and I-TOMCAT beamlines can be found between sections 27 and 32 on the SLS experimental hall.
S-TOMCAT has a 17-m long experimental hutch housing two endstations. Close to the control room, is a basic sample preparation room and a multi-purpose preparation room shared with I-TOMCAT.
I-TOMCAT has two experimental hutches housing three endstations. There are two control rooms: one for each experimental hutch. A Bio-Lab with a laminar flow hood allows for basic sample preparation.
