Our Nanolino daycare centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Yes, the nursery is closed on public holidays in accordance with PSI regulations and between Christmas and New Year.
In addition, there are two weeks of annual holidays during the third and fourth weeks of the summer holidays (Brugg district). 

• Drop-off: 7:30–9:00 a.m.
• Pick-up: 4:00–6:00 p.m.

Punctuality helps to keep the daily routine calm and gives the child a sense of security.
If children are brought or picked up late, an additional fee will be charged from the first minute.

The booked childcare days are binding and cannot be exchanged or compensated for in the event of illness, holidays or public holidays.
If an exchange is necessary for professional reasons, a request can be made to the day care management. A change is only possible if the space situation allows it.

Yes, depending on availability, additional days can be arranged.
Enquiries can be directed to the group or nursery management.

Families are of course permitted to plan longer holidays or trips, but these days cannot be compensated or reimbursed.

Yes, we offer a holiday programme during the school holidays (except for company holidays and Christmas/New Year).
Holiday care must be booked separately. If there are only a few children, they will be looked after in mixed-age groups.

The first contact is made via the nursery management, who will be happy to arrange a viewing appointment with you.
Once the registration form has been submitted, the nursery will be instructed to draw up a childcare contract.

The settling-in period usually lasts two weeks and is tailored to the individual child and the chosen workload.
Parents accompany their child during the first few days, after which the child gradually spends longer and longer periods alone in the group. The aim is to build trust and thus enable a gentle start.

The earlier, the better. As places are limited, we recommend registering several months before your desired start date.

The costs are based on the Kita Nanolino fee schedule.
They depend on the age of the child, the extent of care required and whether one of the parents works at PSI.

Once the completed and signed registration form has been submitted to the nursery management, the order to issue the childcare contract is placed. If the childcare contract is not concluded, Kita Nanolino charges a processing fee of CHF 250.00 for nursery registration and CHF 50.00 for after-school care registration.

A notice period of three months to the end of each month applies.


For the lunch program, notice must be given one month before the end of the semester.
Reservation fees that have already been paid cannot be refunded.

Yes, the minimum care requirement is 40% per week, which means that children attend the Nanolino daycare centre for at least two full days per week.

Lunch is provided by the PSI restaurant OASE. It is varied, balanced and child-friendly. Snacks always include fruit and/or vegetables and are prepared on site by specialists.
Vegetable and fruit purées are prepared on site for babies.

Allergies or special dietary requirements are discussed upon admission.
The nursery strictly adheres to the agreed guidelines. Parents are responsible for providing any necessary substitute products.

Children with fever, vomiting or contagious diseases are not allowed to attend the nursery.
If a child falls ill during the day, the parents will be informed immediately and asked to collect their child.
