What makes our training programme stand out?
Individual support
We view all learners as individuals. Together, we regularly reflect on the learning steps, set goals and build on them. Our practical instructors and the person responsible for vocational training are close at hand, listen and provide support during the training.
Diverse everyday life
Everyday life in our nursery is varied. Mixed-age groups, diverse projects, creative play and opportunities to contribute your own ideas. This allows learners to develop their own professional skills and personality.
Personal responsibility & involvement
Even during their training, apprentices are an integral part of the team, not just observers. They actively contribute, take on tasks and learn with and from the specialists. Support means not only ‘doing’, but also thinking, reflecting and getting involved.
Professional & personal development
Our training programme not only imparts professional pedagogical knowledge, for example on developmental processes and the physical, mental and emotional needs of children, but also promotes personal strengths such as creativity, empathy, teamwork and a sense of responsibility. These aspects are particularly important to us.
Working with children enriches my life every day, as I get to share in their joy at both small and large developmental milestones.
During my training, I am experiencing how teamwork and everyday life with children interact: we support each other so that the children feel comfortable and can grow.
What I appreciate about the Nanolino daycare centre is the goal-oriented training, which gives me the opportunity to develop many skills.
