Career fair jointly organized by PSI and Park Innovaare in collaboration with Empa, Eawag, and WSL on April 30, 2026

The third joint career fair organized by PSI and Park Innovaare, together with Empa, Eawag, and WSL, will take place at Park Innovaare on April 30, 2026, from 10:00 to 16:00.

The career fair provides an ideal platform for exchange between companies and early-career researchers. Companies have the opportunity to meet highly qualified and motivated talent and connect with potential candidates for specialist and leadership positions. At the same time, early-career researchers gain insights into various companies and their work culture, expand their professional network, and actively shape their next career steps.

You can engage in informal conversations with company representatives at their booths or get inspired by one (or all) of the presentations.

Skill Portal by cross-ING

Cross-ING is offering 20 slots for a skill check as part of the Career Fair. For this purpose, a digital Skill Portal will be used to help you assess your competencies.

With this tool, you can:

gain an overview of your strengths
identify development areas
better understand how your skills relate to different career paths

Are you looking for specialists and managers and would like to recruit early-career researchers from PSI, Empa, Eawag, or WSL? Book a booth at our career fair to connect with our young talents, present entry opportunities and career prospects for scientists through a company presentation, or take advantage of one-on-one interactions such as CV checks or mini-interviews.
