Group Members of the Electron Microscopy and Diffraction group
Goals of the Electron Microscopy and Diffraction group:
Due to the two different functions (research group in the field of electron microscopy and diffraction and head of the Electron Microscopy Facility at PSI), there are two main goals of this group.
- providing access to electron microscopy infrasture for PSI researchers
(running the instruments, EM-training, user support and advice, implementing new methods) - establish new EM-techniques for both, materials and life sciences. A special focus lies on electron diffraction and diffractive imaging
