Sunho Kim

I’m a PhD student at ETH Zürich and PSI, studying cancer progression through multimodal data integration and computational modeling. My research focuses on the spatial and systemic interplay between tumors and the immune system, combining chromatin imaging, secretome profiling, and graph-based approaches to characterize cross-compartmental signaling and metastatic potential.
