- High resolution diffractometer (HRD)
- blank images at the end of datasets with small oscillation range (0.01~) and big number of images (5000~)
- detector cover stucks sometime
- long exposure time (more than 3-6 sec) might cause saturated images
- should be solved but might happen
- CATS
- mounting is not stable (1-2 pins/dewar)
- the gripper sometimes stops working just above the lid after putting the vial in the dewar
- open CATS debug panel
- repeat power off/on till the robot is on
- click move to home position
- in case close the current GUI and open a new one
- micro diffractometer MkII (MD2)
- 1-click alignment/vertical sample translation is disabled
- go to options->software setup->interval angle for 3-click
- set 0 for the above parameter
- click the sample 3 time at the same point to simulate 1-click alignment
- 5 and 10 micron aperture is exactly 2.400 and 1.200 mm above the 20 micron aperture
