I am a highly motivated PhD student in chemical engineering with a passion for understanding chemical reactions and catalysts. My goal is to contribute to a greener future by developing sustainable and efficient catalysts and gaining comprehensive insights into their behavior through the application of advanced characterization techniques.

I believe in translating scientific discoveries into sustainable solutions that address the global challenges associated with energy production, environmental remediation, and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

My PhD work aims to develop and acquire a comprehensive understanding of catalytic materials for mitigating nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions in NH3-fueled engines. Iron (Fe)-Zeolites and Rh-based materials play a fundamental role in this project. The synthesis of materials is accompanied by the use of spectroscopic techniques under operando conditions to enhance our understanding of the active center sites and their role in the catalytic process.
