On the 24. September 2025, Operando Day 2025 was held in the PSI Auditorium. This lively and engaging event brought together researchers and experts from a variety of fields, particularly operando spectroscopy. Unexpectedly, the event gained Europe-wide recognition, attracting scientists from Latvia and France to the PSI Auditorium. The program included exciting discussions, poster sessions and, of course, presentations.
A special thank you to Prof. Dr. Elena Groppo from the University of Turin for holding her insightful talk on “Adsorbate-induced Structural and Surface Dynamics in PGM Nanoparticles”.
We also want to congratulate Monika Mielniczuk from the Laboratory of Catalysis and Sustainable Chemistry, who won the poster award for her poster on “Steam induced regeneration of MTO catalyst”.
