My PhD work is integrated within the SynFuels project, a joint initiative between Paul Scherrer Institut (PSI) and Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (EMPA) aimed to develop novel synthetic routes for a sustainable jet fuel production.
My research focus is the study of the methanol-to-olefins (MTO) process over zeolite catalysts by means of IR, UV-vis and diffraction methods.
