Upload your slides or your poster
People giving an oral presentation are required to upload their talk prior to the presentation to the INDICO server. Allowed formats are PowerPoint 97-2003(.ppt), PowerPoint 2010(.pptx) or PDF. The slides will then be presented from a central computer using the files uploaded to the INDICO server. The usage of private computers is strongly discouraged. Using this scheme has following advantages:

- No hassle with memory sticks at the central computer.
- Slides can be updated by the author prior to the talk. Backup slided can be removed after the talk.
- People with limited eye sight can follow the talks on their private lap top computer.
To upload a talks or poster, please follow these steps:
- Go to the INDICO site and log in with the credentials you used for your abstract submission
- Click on "Timetable" on the left, and locate your presentation. You might have to click on "Detailed view" at the top to see individual presentations.
- Click on your presentation, and select "View Details" on the pop-up window.
- Click on "Edit Files" at the right.
- Click on "Add Material" at the top.
- Select "Slides" or "Poster".
- Click on "Choose file" and locate the file you want to upload.
- Click on "Create Resource"
