Upload your slides or your poster

People giving an oral presentation are required to upload their talk prior to the presentation to the INDICO server. Allowed formats are PowerPoint 97-2003(.ppt), PowerPoint 2010(.pptx) or PDF. The slides will then be presented from a central computer using the files uploaded to the INDICO server. The usage of private computers is strongly discouraged. Using this scheme has following advantages:
  • No hassle with memory sticks at the central computer.
  • Slides can be updated by the author prior to the talk. Backup slided can be removed after the talk.
  • People with limited eye sight can follow the talks on their private lap top computer.
People presenting a poster are also requested to upload a PDF version of their poster.

To upload a talks or poster, please follow these steps:
  • Go to the INDICO site and log in with the credentials you used for your abstract submission
  • Click on "Timetable" on the left, and locate your presentation. You might have to click on "Detailed view" at the top to see individual presentations.
  • Click on your presentation, and select "View Details" on the pop-up window.
  • Click on "Edit Files" at the right.
  • Click on "Add Material" at the top.
  • Select "Slides" or "Poster".
  • Click on "Choose file" and locate the file you want to upload.
  • Click on "Create Resource"
Once uploaded, the presentations will only be available to all registered delegates of the workshop. About one week after the workshop the presentations will be made publicly available, In case an author does not want this, the organisers should be contacted to exclude the paper.

If there is any problem with this procedure, please contact Stefan Ritt.
