Motivation statement: External users face specific challenges before or during their stay, when they aim to turn their allocated beam-time into a succesful experiment. A solution often encompasses finding your way in he PSI community. As a long-time external user involved a various ongoing projects, I will help particle physics user establish the right contacts, and relay issues raised or suggestions how the user-experience can be improved.
