- Development of advanced MR imaging techniques (gaze-gated acquisitions) for accurate ocular biometry
- Development of a multi-modal imaging platform for precise eye modelling focused, in particular, on tumor volume Definition
- Investigation of more other suitable imaging modalities (3T and 7T MRI, phase contrast CT, 3D ultrasound…)
- Integration of the imaging platform with novel and existing technologies for treatment planning and patient positioning
- PhD degree in physics, biomedical engineering, computer sciences, or other relevant field
- Previous experience with MRI imaging, image processing, and image registration will be considered an asset for this position
- Proficient programing skills in Java, Matlab, and / or C / C++, with experience using ITK and VTK will be considered an asset for this position
