PSI is once again taking part in the myAbility Talent programme in 2026 and is offering job shadowing opportunities! This programme connects students, experienced academics and professionals with disabilities, chronic illnesses and neurodivergences with companies. The aim is to support promising talents in their career and to introduce companies to exciting young talents.
Following the positive experience in the last two rounds, PSI is again offering 3–9 people the opportunity to shadow as part of this programme. For around 3 days, the candidates will be able to look over the shoulders of professionals at PSI and familiarise themselves with the day-to-day work, tasks, requirements, and corporate culture.
Through the job shadowing programme, PSI continues to work towards an inclusive working environment, promotes an open approach to disability within the institution and, as an employer, focuses more on a pool of highly skilled employees whose potential is often not fully realised in the labour market. The myAbility Talent programme is also part of implementing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Action Plan 2025–2028.
