Dr. Kevin Anthony Hofhuis

Kevin Hofhuis is a tenure-track scientist in the Nanotechnology group led by Vitaliy Guzenko. He was born and raised in the Netherlands, where he did his BSc and double MSc in nanotechnology and applied physics at the University of Twente. Afterwards, he obtained his Ph.D. under the supervision of Laura J. Heyderman jointly associated with ETH Zurich and the Paul Scherrer Institute. Following a postdoc at Yale University with Peter Schiffer, he re-joined PSI in late 2022 to continue his passion for state-of-the-art lithography.
