Regulations Applicable to Suppliers
As a public institution, we are subject to Federal procurement regulations. These are the “Federal Law on Government Procurement” (Bundesgesetz über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen: BoeB) and the “Commission Regulations on Government Procurement” (Verordnung über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen: VoeB).The procedures for procuring goods and services are governed by the provisions of the following laws and regulations:
